If you do not have the original packaging, you are welcome to source another box with similar dimensions to our packaging (26 x 16 x 29 in) or alternatively, please click here to view a different box of similar size available for purchase which would be suitable for your return.

In order to process your return most efficiently, can you please take the following steps:

• Repackage any unassembled items into the original box and apply the return label. Please be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.
• Once repackaged please drop off at your nearest UPS location.
• Once your return has been received, our team will process your return with confirmation of receipt and refund minus the return shipping cost.
• Please hold onto your UPS receipt until your return has been approved by Branch
