Please note that in an effort to prevent rising instances of return fraud, all returned merchandise will be received and inspected at our warehouse before a refund is issued. Your return label includes certified tracking. If your return does not arrive at our warehouse without explanation, or is not in the condition you described, we can't issue a refund.

Shipping instructions:

In order to process your return most efficiently, can you please take the following steps:

  • Repackage any unassembled items into the original box and apply the return label. Please be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.
  • Once repackaged please drop off at your nearest UPS location.
  • Once your return has been received, our team will process your return with confirmation of receipt and refund minus the return shipping cost.
  • Please hold onto your UPS receipt until your return has been approved by Branch
